{"id":4237,"date":"2026-06-19T01:01:35","date_gmt":"2026-06-19T01:01:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mge.ubiobio.cl\/?p=4237"},"modified":"2026-06-20T06:12:17","modified_gmt":"2026-06-20T06:12:17","slug":"women-in-mining-chile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/mge.ubiobio.cl\/index.php\/women-in-mining-chile\/","title":{"rendered":"Women in Mining Chile"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>MGE invita a las estudiantes y graduadas<\/strong> <strong>a participar en actividad sobre liderazgo femenino y oportunidades en la industria minera: <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de su compromiso con la equidad de g\u00e9nero y la promoci\u00f3n de espacios inclusivos de desarrollo profesional, el <strong>Mag\u00edster en Gesti\u00f3n de Empresas (MGE)<\/strong> de la Universidad del B\u00edo-B\u00edo invita especialmente a sus estudiantes mujeres y graduadas a participar en la visita de la delegaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/womeninminingchile.cl?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Women in Mining Chile<\/strong><\/a>, organizaci\u00f3n cuya misi\u00f3n es promover la inclusi\u00f3n, participaci\u00f3n y visibilidad de las mujeres en todos los \u00e1mbitos de la industria minera. La actividad, organizada por los programas de postgrado de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales, se realizar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo viernes 19 de junio en el Paraninfo de la Universidad, entre las 15:00 y 17:00 horas, e incluir\u00e1 una charla, un conversatorio y una presentaci\u00f3n empresarial orientados a destacar las oportunidades de desarrollo profesional para las mujeres en el sector minero. Esta instancia representa una valiosa oportunidad para ampliar las perspectivas laborales y acad\u00e9micas de las estudiantes, considerando que la miner\u00eda demanda profesionales de m\u00faltiples disciplinas y \u00e1reas del conocimiento, incluyendo gesti\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n, sostenibilidad y liderazgo organizacional. Asimismo, la actividad permitir\u00e1 conocer experiencias reales de inserci\u00f3n y desarrollo profesional, adem\u00e1s de identificar potenciales oportunidades de colaboraci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n que pueden ser de inter\u00e9s para estudiantes y graduadas de postgrado. Con esta invitaci\u00f3n, el MGE reafirma su compromiso con las pol\u00edticas institucionales de g\u00e9nero de la Universidad del B\u00edo-B\u00edo, promoviendo la participaci\u00f3n de sus estudiantes en espacios que contribuyan al desarrollo de trayectorias profesionales diversas, inclusivas y de alto impacto.
