Cuya expositora fue la profesora&nbsp;Paula Lam, Master en Management Science de la Universidad Adolfo Iba\u00f1ez (UAI) y profesora de la UAI y como moderadora particip\u00f3 la profesora&nbsp;Nataly Gui\u00f1ez, del \u00e1rea de Marketing de nuestra instituci\u00f3n.
