Nataly Valdebenito Garc\u00e9s<\/strong>, expuso su tesis titulada: \u201c<strong>El efecto del clima organizacional en el compromiso organizacional y el estr\u00e9s laboral en los funcionarios del Departamento de Administraci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n Municipal de la Ilustre Municipalidad de Los \u00c1ngeles, Regi\u00f3n de Biob\u00edo<\/strong>\u201d, el 22 de agosto del 2023 de 15:00-16:00 horas, frente al tribunal calificador compuesto por: Dra. Margarita Chiang vega, profesora gu\u00eda, Dra. Patricia Huerta, profesora informante interno, Mg. Francisco D\u00edaz, profesor informante externo y como ministro de fe, se cont\u00f3 con la presencia de la Dra. Patricia Huerta, Directora del Mag\u00edster. La Srta. Valdebenito es funcionaria del \u00e1rea contable del Departamento de Administraci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n Municipal de la Ilustre Municipalidad de Los \u00c1ngeles, Regi\u00f3n de Biob\u00edo.
