Marlene Parra Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, present\u00f3 su tesis titulada<strong>: \u201cGesti\u00f3n de Co-creaci\u00f3n de Valor en Servicios de Fertilidad: Un An\u00e1lisis de la Experiencia del Paciente y su Familia para el Bienestar\u201d<\/strong>, el <strong>viernes 29 de agosto de 2025 desde las 12:00 a las 13:00 horas<\/strong>, en la Sala Auditorio de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales, Campus Fernando May, Chill\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La defensa se realiz\u00f3 frente al tribunal calificador compuesto por: la Dra. Nataly Gui\u00f1ez Cabrera, profesora gu\u00eda y ministra de fe; el Dr. \u00c1lvaro Acu\u00f1a Hormaz\u00e1bal, profesor informante interno; y la Dra. Katherine Mansilla de la Universidad Finis Terrae, profesora informante externa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n de la Srta. Parra aborda c\u00f3mo pacientes y familiares co-crean valor en servicios de fertilidad, integrando marcos te\u00f3ricos como Service-Dominant Logic (SDL), Customer-Dominant Logic (CDL) y la Teor\u00eda del Apoyo Social, para proponer estrategias que fortalezcan los servicios de salud desde una perspectiva centrada en el bienestar y la experiencia del usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Srta. Parra manifest\u00f3: \u201cEste trabajo refleja un camino de esfuerzo, aprendizaje y tambi\u00e9n de crecimiento personal. Ha sido un desaf\u00edo que me ha permitido comprender de manera m\u00e1s profunda la realidad que enfrentan tantas familias en los servicios de fertilidad. Agradezco profundamente el apoyo de mi familia, profesores y compa\u00f1eros, quienes me impulsaron a seguir adelante. Espero que este estudio inspire a seguir poniendo el bienestar y la experiencia humana en el centro de la gesti\u00f3n en salud\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa de Mag\u00edster en Gesti\u00f3n de Empresas le desea a la Srta.
